It’s tough to put into words how important Tylisa has become to our team. However, the reason we’re featuring her on our blog this month is to showcase our appreciation for her efforts. Tylisa has quite the reputation amongst employees who know her as well as among our clients.
The manner in which Tylisa treats clients is what makes her unique. She approaches potential clients as if she were talking to a family member. Moreover, she takes each case personally and believes that their satisfaction is directly dependent upon her work and puts in immense effort to achieve the desired result. She is a leader, as well as a caregiver and that is often what clients need.
We recall a particular case when a client was unable to show up at the office due to an injury suffered as a result of a car accident. Tylisa traveled over an hour away from the office to visit the client and personally saw to it that the client was able to manage her activities of daily living. She delivered coffee, donuts, and smiles that day. The client was pleasantly surprised.
Tylisa is dedicated and loyal which are not the easiest qualities to find in staff today. She is invariably willing to go above and beyond the call of duty all in an effort to make the firm successful. She has genuine care and love for ClearView Legal, and we absolutely love the integrity with which she works.
When we asked her about why she loves working with us, she grinned and said: “It is never work, when you love what you do!”
