About James A. Noel
With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, James Noel brings a wealth of legal expertise and dedication to the field of law. A graduate of Fordham University School of Law in 1994, Mr. Noel has combined an impressive academic foundation with real-world experience to provide comprehensive legal services.
Throughout his illustrious career, James served as a Marine Judge Advocate, both in active duty and reserve roles, for over 20 years. In this capacity, he successfully represented service members in a variety of administrative and judicial proceedings, ensuring justice and advocacy for those who serve our nation. He successfully represented nearly one hundred (100) clients in courts martial and administrative proceedings. His work required a deep understanding of both civil and military law, as well as the ability to function effectively in diverse environments.
Mr. Noel continued to serve the public as a lawyer and diplomat with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). He represented the interests of the United States in international agreements and advised the Agency and senior officials on various matters, including fiscal law, ethics, contracts and personnel matters. These roles have enriched his understanding of both domestic and international legal landscapes, allowing him to offer nuanced and effective solutions to complex legal issues.
